Installation for recycling tires
"ARHEO" LTD realizes installations for recycling tires in Baltic States.
Amount of products manufactured by the equipment from 1 t of raw materials:
1) Pyrolysis gas – approximately 200 kg (160m3) is further used for operation of the recycling equipment;
2) Liquid fraction – (pyrolysis liquid) - approximately 300 kg, analogic to boiler (heating) fuel which may further be burned in boiler equipment without previous processing or recycled to obtain petrol, diesel, black fuel oil.
3) Carbon residue ((technical carbon) - approximately 450 kg, may be used as solid fuel (similar to coke by its caloric value) or used for the needs of rubber technical industry after carrying out after-treatment.
4) Scrap metal (cord wire) – up to 50 kg.
